INDASTRA is an online B2B marketplace that provides a catalog of industrial equipment (electric motors, gearboxes, bevel gearboxes, industrial vibrators and related products) sourced from third-party manufacturers worldwide.
INDASTRA acts as an intermediary facilitating contact between buyers and suppliers. We are not a manufacturer and do not maintain physical stock unless explicitly stated for specific transactions. Final purchase contracts are concluded directly between the buyer and the relevant supplier.
Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@indastraonline.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Submitting a quote request form on the Platform is a request for information only and does not constitute a binding order. A binding purchase contract is formed only upon written confirmation by INDASTRA specifying price, quantity, delivery terms and payment conditions.
Prices displayed (where shown) are indicative in EUR and exclude VAT, customs duties and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the formal quotation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INDASTRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
INDASTRA's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros) or the amount you paid to INDASTRA in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDASTRA and its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Burgas, Bulgaria.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law if you are a natural person acting in a non-commercial capacity (though the Platform is intended for B2B use only).
INDASTRA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
